ESF Projects in our Local Community

We have partnered with community organizers and centers to serve Asylees, Refugees, and Immigrant populations during weekly clinical hours. ESF serves as Health Advisors and Consultants to underserved populations and address preventative and chronic health challenges.

ESF health professionals commit volunteer hours for weekly clinics: screening for Hypertension (high blood pressure), Heart Disease, Diabetes, Nutrition, Obesity in children, Dental Hygiene, Sexual Health Education, and Women’s Health, Infection Control, overall Wellness and much more.

ESF provide educational programming and train key informants in these communities that are culturally competent but also grass roots and practical for the community we serve.
