ESF Assistance Request
Organizations, Companies, or individuals interested in hiring ESF to host their Health Fair or Community Day events can do so for a donation fee.
If interested in ESF assistance at your event, please fill out the PDF form and send it directly to us using the “SUBMIT” button in the document (Works for Outlook users only). Alternatively, you may save the PDF on your hard drive, and email it as an attachment to info@explorerssf.org
